Training Report

Ed Millington
Director of Training

The training schedule/course descriptions for 2000 was mailed to all members in the October 2008 newsletter. In order to sign up for any of the scheduled classes, you need to call the Training Fund at (518) 431-1044. You will then receive a written confirmation.
If you did not receive a newsletter, you can print one by going to the home page tab and clicking on the This link. We are offering an extensive list of courses at our new Glenmont facility and it is our hope that more members will take advantage of these training opportunities to upgrade their skills and thereby increase their chances for employment. As more and more of the job opportunities require specific certifications, it is crucial that you participate in the upgrade program in order to broaden your skill base and qualify yourself for these positions.

If you received your initial forklift truck training, please check the date on your card, as it is a 3 year certificate and you may need to attend a refresher class this year.

If you have any questions regarding the upcoming classes please contact Ed Millington or

Bill Walsh at the Glenmont training site at (518) 431-1044.
